i write a lot. i have this little notebook that i carry with me everywhere.

i love tumblrs. because people these days are so quick to judge and if you happen upon this site, you get a whole different perspective of someone you thought you knew.

because sometimes we don't speak aloud all we want to say. and written words preserve the moment's intensity.

loveyourchaos: (by Kurt Dressler) this reminds me of pastorchris’s message about love and how we need love in this world. i just frantically spun my computer chair around to grab the notebook where i took notes from summer conference off the floor, which is where i keep everything to know where they are. he said that there are hurting people and the only remedy is love. then he talked about loving the person on the deathbead when no one else would visit them or picking up a homeless man in your car and buying him mcdonald’s, then giving the manager 20$ so he can in and eat if he’s hungry. i’m pretty sure these are the things he’s done and sharing it. “it’s not a choice, it’s a life and once we have it, we can’t let go.”
